Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing employees. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. Management extends right from managing employees to managing the employers and the whole HR department as well. The role of an HR manager is to manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations, which are mandatory for every employee and also have knowledge of its appropriate functioning. Here we are, 50 Recruiters, at EXCIS. 45 are in Madagascar, 2 in the Philippines, 2 in India and 1 in Germany. The majority of us are located in Madagascar. As a result, the majority of the request is managed in this country. We have divided our tasks accordingly, and we have meetings every day in order to get feedback and to see where we are going on.
